Our Mat Training Courses focuses on mat techniques as taught in the classical style of Joseph Pilates and also incorporating innovative contemporary techniques based on exercise science.



Our Mat training consists of two parts basic, which will teach you all beginner Pilates poses and tips on encouraging students to gain ab strength, and intermediate, which is a leveling up in skill and difficulty. After completing the Pilate’s Mat Training the range of clients we can work with is expanded profoundly, as well at the over-all teaching ability and bodily strength.

Make sure you attend minimum 8 Pilates class prior to the training!


Memorize exercise names and order
Practice teaching during weekdays
Pass the practical and the take home exam by the end of the weekend.


  • Teach Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Pilates sequencing with confidence.
  • Give cues and modifications that help the client/student feel more comfortable and prevent injury.
  • Have a deeper understanding of the anatomy of the Pilates method.
  • Understand how to utilize breath to support every movement.
