Classes will take places at Your-Movement Center, Midtown Manhattan
Strength and Stretch Prenatal class – Class will focus on building and strengthening muscles around the loose joints. We will also focus on stretching these muscles to avoid stiffness and tightness in the body. The class will end with a relaxation to preparing your mind for the exciting changes ahead, and take some time to prepare your body and mind for motherhood and greeting the bundle of joy inside you.
Every Sunday from 12.00-1.15pm
Postnatal Class – This class we will work on your diastasis recti to repair your abdominal muscles, strengthen your whole entire body and also stretch is. You will feel in the end of the class you ready for anything!
Every Sunday from 1.30pm – 2.30pm
