I believe doing Yoga/Pilates/Strength training are beneficial to any and every body. As your coach, I will help you develop a solid foundation in alignment, and greater level of body awareness. I have worked with individuals of all age ranges, athletic backgrounds, and mobility. I believe that anyone will improve their life through balance in their diet and daily exercise practice.
In health coaching I will help you to understand the different of “good” and “bad” foods. You will be encouraged to create healthier habits, and invite joy into your life. My program combines health and nutrition counseling with an individualized fitness plan.
Through meditation I provide techniques to decrease stress, boost confidence, and increase overall satisfaction with your life. I desire growth, awareness, and joy for each and every one of my students.
