My approach is simple, I want you to be happy and feel good every day for the rest of your life.
I believe doing Yoga/Pilates/Strength training are beneficial for every body. I help develop a solid foundation in alignment, and focus on body awareness. I have worked with individuals of all age ranges, athletic backgrounds, and mobility. I believe that anyone will improve their life through balance in their diet and daily exercise practice.
In health coaching you will be encouraged to create healthier habits, and invite joy into your life. There are no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods there is just talk of balance and the specific needs of your body. My program combines not just health and nutrition counseling but also an individualized fitness plan.
Through meditation I provide techniques to decrease stress, boost confidence, and increase overall satisfaction with your life. I desire growth, awareness, and joy for every one of my students.
