200 HR Summer Yoga Teacher Training

This program purpose goes beyond making you a great Yoga teacher; it provides an excellent foundation for an extensive knowledge of Yoga. Considerable attention is given to many other aspects of Yoga so that all graduates have both a practical and a philosophical understanding of the full scope of its teachings and practices.

  • Yoga postures (Asanas)
  • Creating and building your own classes (Sequencing)
  • How to teach a well rounded class
  • Anatomy
  • Yoga Philosophy and History
  • Pranayama (breathing practices)
  • Meditation and deep relaxation
  • Mudras
  • Mantras
  • What’s the difference between yoga styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga … etc)
  • Chakras
  • Sanskrit language

Participants also learn how to organize and initiate classes for professional groups and organizations. Finally, teacher trainees will refine and deepen their personal practices of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Lead teacher Charlie and Viktoria.

A two-installment payment plan is available for a one time fee of $50. After the training begins, there are no refunds.

Certification and Yoga Alliance Affiliation
Graduates receive well beyond the basic 200 hours needed for being a registered Yoga teacher of the Yoga Alliance.
